I will send you a list of meals, respond with what you like. I will develop a grocery list, cooking instructions for Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast and snack options are suggested. We will assess and break down your calorie intake, testing for your metabolic rate. This will give us the amounts of carbs, protein, and fats needed to get you where you want to be.
